Reimbursement Policy




Our return policy is applicable during 15 days. If 30 days have already elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you the refund or an exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item cannot have been used and should be in the same conditions in which you received it. It should also be in the original package.

To complete your return, we need the receipt or proof of purchase.



After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an e-mail notifying you that we received the item returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If your request is approved, the refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.


Missing or delayed refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t yet received the refund, first check your bank account again.


Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time until the refund is officially available.

Sales items


Only those items with normal prices may be refunded, unfortunately the sales items cannot be refunded.




We only substitute the items if they have defects or if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for an equal item, send us an e-mail to the address and send your item to: Rua São Sebastião, lote 6, Cabra Figa PT 2635-448.

Payment of the shipping costs to return your item is your
responsibility. The shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost for the return will be deducted from your refund.


The time that it will take to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on the place where you live.
